Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged undamaged within 30 Days from the date of order placement. Return shipping cost is buyer's responsibility. Returns are charged %15 re-stock fee.  To open a Return, email your order number to sales@bananabarcode.com requesting RMA - we will provide RMA Number, Shipping Address, and refund will be processed back to the credit card used at checkout once the return arrives to our facility.
